Use Hypnosis To Stop Smoking - A Free Lesson

Ill give you a simple free lesson you can use to see how powerful hypnosis is.\r You know, smoking is caused by subconscious issue and were about to find that out now!
First, read these instructions so you can clearly remember them.
What Im asking you to do is close your eyes. Then count slowly backwards from 50 to 1.\r Let your body relax completely. Mentally repeat to yourself: relaxrelaxrelax .
Next, with your eyes closed, see yourself smoking. Take in all the details. See yourself taking a pack of cigarettes. See how you take a cigarette and light it up. How do you feel when you smoke?
How do you feel inhaling the smoke? You feel good? You feel relaxed? You feel stress is leaving your body? \r or do you feel bad? Quilt? Shame? Anxiety?
Whatever you feel, feel it as fully and completely as you can!
Next, say to yourself Take me back in time where I felt this the first time. Take me to the issue that keeps me smoking.
Allow your mind to work through this. Dont force it to happen. Allowing is the key.\r See what comes up. Let your mind drift. You come up with some issue that screams your attention. It can be anything.
Now, when you have found the issue, feel it as fully and completely as you can. Next you have to change something in that issue. Change it so it feels better.
Now, what I want you to do is ask yourself Are there any other issues that keep me smoking?
If the answer is yes, say to yourself again Take me to the issue that keeps me smoking and allow yourself to come up with another issue.
Basically you repeat the process as many times that find yourself feeling relieved.
When you have handled all you think there is to handle, count slowly from 1-10 and say to yourself I am completely awake.
You can do this exercise as many times you like. Every time you go through it, you will change your beliefs about smoking and when your beliefs about smoking are changed, your smoking will change!
