There is a lot of hype online about the acne program acne free in 3 days. Although skeptical about it I wanted to get rid of my acne so I got the program...

....and was instantly disappointed. I found that the program was basically just a 3 day apple fast. This meant eating nothing but apples for 3 whole days, and drinking lots of water. This wasn\'t going to be fun! But I was willing to try it for the sake of clear skin.

The good news is that the 3 day fast did help me clear my acne. On day 3 I noticed my skin was clearing up very well. And for about a week I didn\'t have any acne except for old marks which were fading nicely.

But my clear skin didn\'t last long. I found that after about a week or so my acne came back, as bad as ever! I was frustrated to say the least. I re-read the acne free in 3 days book and it said that I would need to do the 3 day fast once or twice every month!

This was NOT going to be practical for me for 2 reasons:

1) I lost weight doing the 3 day apple fast just once. To do it twice a month might be dangerous for me.

2) It is very energy draining doing the 3 day fast and requires you rest up at home. Im too busy to dedicated 6 days a month to fasting on apples.
