Acne Cleansers

Over my time with acne I have tried every product and it pretty much has given me weird results. In fact I have tried that many products that I think it has harmed my skin and made my acne stronger. After having acne for 5 years there are a few secrets and bits of advice which I would like to share with all of you, something I wish someone had told me earlier.

You can wash your face a lot with a cleanser like neutrogena or something that works. You will find out quickly as to whether this helps you or not or whether it just makes your skin more oily. If it makes your skin more oily I would actually clean it less.

The no wash program has worked for a lot of my friends. And although in some cases acne gets aggravated it helps beat it quickly, this is something I have seen a lot. Although this if mainly for those people with minor instances of acne and has worked less for those with severe acne.

Often for those people on minomycin or roaccutane not washing it also works. As the treatments are that powerful it defeats the acne even when the skin is not clean. Although this happens in a minority of cases.

My balance has been to wash my face with a cleanser in the morning. Shave in the afternoon and shower before I go to bed. I find it really works a treat. But different things work for different people, be sure to find what works for you.
